Child nodes for a tree missing required prefLabel

With /tree/children and the uri http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.- some of the child nodes do not have a prefLabel (or an  _about) but only have a uri. The API docs imply that they should each have a prefLabel

?child_node skos:prefLabel ?child_label .

Sample response:

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n14",

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n2",

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n3",

{

_about"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n4",

prefLabel"(-)-trans-carveol dehydrogenase"

},

{

_about"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n5",

prefLabel"3-methylmalate dehydrogenase"

},

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n6",

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n7",

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n8",

"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.n9",

{

_about"http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.9",

prefLabel"D-xylulose reductase"

},

It seems like the classes with missing labels were actually transferred to new entries. E.g. 1.1.1.n7 was transferred to 1.1.1.320 (see http://enzyme.expasy.org/EC/1.1.1.n7). We'll investigate the issue.

This may be related but I found a mismatch between target class pharma count and the results you get when filters are applied:

with uri=http://purl.uniprot.org/enzyme/1.1.1.1

max-activity_value=20000

maxEx-pChembl=5

the count is 17 but the actual results only have 15 items.
